Mindfulness Immersion with Nancy Straatmann Friday, June 15th 6-8 p.m.
Join us as we learn to increase mindfulness in everyday life. Mindful awareness helps us to release worry and fear, enjoy life's pleasures, enhance the immune system, and awaken our inner healer. Learn to reduce stress with meditations, breath work, and techniques to become fully present in the Now. Research shows that mindfulness helps improve mental and physical health, including anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, digestive issues, and sleep problems.

Nancy Straatmann is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She studied with Deepak Chopra and is certified to teach Meditation through the Chopra Center for Wellness. In addition, she is trained in Reiki and Reconnective healing.
