Join me for a Slow Flow class where we will move through our practice wearing a blindfold. Our eyesight is our most relied upon sense. Removing this sense provides a unique opportunity to observe, listen, and respond with heightened awareness to our other senses. This enhanced concentration brings much greater presence and mindfulness to your practice.
Please bring a blindfold of some sort (bandana, eye mask, ACE bandage) to class. If you become uncomfortable during practice, the blindfold can be removed. :)
