Yoga Fundamentals Workshop Sunday, Feb 3rd 1-4 p.m.
In this workshop, we will address the fundamental postures (asanas) of yoga. We will explore how to move safely into and out of postures, how to modify poses to suit your body or adjust for injury, how to move through Sun Salutations, and how to move with the breath. We will also explore different breathing and mindfulness techniques.
If you are new to yoga, or just desire a refresher, this class is for you!
