Yoga for Runners Saturday, April 27th 1-3 p.m.
If you are a runner, you are probably all too familiar with tight hamstrings and hips, stiff neck and shoulders, and sore feet and knees! If you are interested in learning how yoga can not only help alleviate these aches and pains, but also help you become more efficient and better at the sport you love, this workshop is for you! We will be incorporating essential oils into this practice as well. If you have any sensitivities, please let me know!

TRE Workshop Sunday, April 28th 4:30-6 p.m.
Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (or TRE®) is a simple yet innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. Created by Dr. David Berceli, PhD, TRE safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance. I will guide you through the series of 7 simple exercises that help to initate the tremor response, allowing the body to release tension naturally. Once the exercises are learned, you have the ability to use this as a tool to manage stress for a lifetime!
Cost is $55 per person at the door with option to purchase reference materials for $10 at the end. Please note a minimum of 2 people is required to conduct the workshop & space is limited to 20.
