Class Descriptions, Schedule & Pricing

All of our classes, plus some new offerings, have resumed at the studio! We are still offering Zoom for those of you who would prefer to practice from home!

How this works:
1. Take a look at the schedule below and choose the classes you want to attend in person at the studio.
2. To register for all mat classes and trapeze classes, go to our Acuity scheduling site: https://PresentMomentYogaOnLine.as.me/    
You can also text or email me your choices and I will add you in as soon as I can. 
3.  The in studio classes will be marked as such and show 0/9 next to the name. If there are less than 9 people registered, you will be able to sign up for a studio class. If the class is full, and there is a virtual class offered at the same time, you can sign up for that instead. If we have less than 3 people signed up for an in studio class, it may be cancelled. 
4. You will notice that there is no price on the in studio classes. This is because many of you have class cards. If you have a card, I will deduct the in studio class from that. If you do not have a card, payment can be made at the studio when you arrive.
EFFECTIVE 10-1-2020, virtual class prices will increase to $10/class. Teaching via Zoom has gone on longer than expected, and, while I want to offer it to those of you still more comfortable practicing from home, I need to be able to cover the additional expenses that come with this service.
Individual Zoom classes are $10, you can purchase a 5 pack for $50(to save you from putting in your card info every time), or those of you wanting to practice more than 10 times/month, you can now purchase a 1 month unlimited package for $100 online.

5. For a little while longer, please bring your own mat and any props that you may have to class with you. I will open the props back up for public use as soon as I can. Thank you for understanding!

Monday  
Yoga Basics ~ 8 
a.m.  In studio and online 
If you are new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or only have an hour to spend on your mat, this class is for you! In this hour long class, we move through simple flow sequences focusing on alignment, breath, and modifications. Options are always available for those who want to step back a little or take it to the next level.
Trapeze Yoga ~ 9:30 a.m.  In studio (No Class 4-5)
*Please see the trapeze yoga page for a class description, pricing and online registration link. YOU MUST PREREGISTER FOR ALL TRAPEZE CLASSES.*
Family Yoga ~ 5-5:30 p.m. 
In studio 
This fun, family oriented class is designed for school aged children and their special adult/s! The class will begin with a short period of meditation, followed by a gentle warm-up, a longer period of more active movement that will include partner postures, and conclude with a time of relaxation and rest. Children younger than school age are welcome if you feel they can participate in a 45 minute class. Adults are free with a paying child, and the cost per child is $10. 
Yin/Restorative Yoga ~ 6 p.m.  In studio and online
A Yin yoga class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. Props are used to support the body and allow for deep relaxation.

Tuesday 
Vinyasa Flow ~ 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.  In studio and online
 (90 minutes) (No 8 a.m. class on 4-6)

Vinyasa means a gradual progression or a step-by-step approach that systematically and appropriately takes a student from one point and safely lands them at the next point. It is sometimes described as the "breathing system," or the union of breath and movement that make up the steps. In this 90 minute class, students are guided through a series of postures that build toward a peak pose. Options are always available, allowing students the opportunity to work toward the pose in a way that supports them where they are in that moment.
Lunch Yoga ~ 12:15 p.m.  In studio (No class on 4-6)
Think of lunch yoga as Express Basics! This 30 minute class is designed to work out the kinks from the morning, and give you an energy boost for the afternoon! Bonus~ this class is only $5!

Yoga Basics ~ 6 p.m.  In studio and online 
Trapeze Yoga -Level 2~ 7:30 p.m.  In studio

Thursday
Y
in/Restorative ~ 8:30 a.m.  In studio and online
Lunch Yoga ~ 12:15 p.m.  In studio
Core Hatha ~ 5 p.m.  In studio 
This class will focus on building core, leg and upper body strength. Expect planks, crunches, balancing positions, and chaturangas. Hatha represents moon and sun- a balance. In this class we may hold poses for longer breath cycles to take in more benefits. This class may pose a challenge for some, but anything can be modified and options will be provided throughout the class.
Dynamic Yoga All Levels ~ 6:30-7:30  In studio 
All-Levels is a Hatha style yoga class, appropriate for beginners or more experienced yogis. This class is instructed utilizing the Dynamic Yoga Method- a method based on intelligent sequencing and self-inquiry. Clear instruction will be given to teach basic postures, core actions and proper alignment, and suggestions will be made for students desiring more effort. Direct action instruction is used to guide students through their practice, syncing movement with breath and focusing on the present moment.

​Friday
Vinyasa Flow ~ 8 a.m.  In studio and online (90 minutes)
Dirty 30 Lunch Class ~ 12:15 p.m. In studio 
This 30 minute class blends vinyasa with a high intensity interval training (HIIT) pace and is followed with a brief cool down and savasana.  Burn calories and build strength in just a half hour! 
Dirty 30 is a cardiovascular based class and open to all levels. However, if you're new to exercise, consultation with your physician or health practitioner is recommended before beginning any routine.


​Saturday 
Trapeze ~ 8:30 a.m.  In studio (No class 4-3)

​Pricing~
The prices below are for in studio, mat based classes only. The trapeze yoga classes are priced differently and the class fees can be found on the trapeze yoga page of this site. The online prices can be found on this page up above the schedule of classes.
​We prefer cash,  check or Venmo payments. You are welcome to use a credit or debit card on class packages, but we will round up to the nearest $5 increment( ie: $125 to $130, etc) to cover processing fees. Thank you for your understanding!

Walk-in:  $13.00   Student Rate: $10.00
 6 Class Package: $75.00  Student Rate: $55.00
12 Class Package: $125.00   Student Rate: $115.00
One Month Unlimited: $100

Lunch Yoga:  $5/class or $30 for one month unlimited
Family Yoga: One adult is free with a paying child ($10). Additional adults are $13/class

Private Practice: ​$60.00/hour (Credit card required to book your appointment. 24 hour notice needed if private sessions need to be rescheduled or cancelled. You will be charged for the class if changed with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not come in. If you prefer to pay for your session with cash or check, you can, but a card number will be required to hold your time.)

Group Private Practice: Small Group Privates are now available at the studio! Are you and your friends, family, co-workers or employees stressed out? Refresh yourself and the people in your life with a custom designed yoga class held at our beautiful and very peaceful studio! Or, schedule your next event, birthday party, bachelorette party, etc., as a small group private!

1 Hour Mat Based Group Private
2-3 people: $110
4-5 people: $175
6-10 people: flat rate of $250
