Monday
Yoga Basics ~ 8 a.m.
If you are new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or only have an hour to spend on your mat, this class is for you! In this hour long class, we move through simple flow sequences focusing on alignment, breath, and modifications. Options are always available for those who want to step back a little or take it to the next level.
Yoga Trapeze~ 9:30 a.m.

Lunch Yoga ~ 12:15 p.m.
Think of lunch yoga as Express Basics! This 30 minute class is designed to work out the kinks from the morning, and give you an energy boost for the afternoon! Bonus~ this class is only $10!
Strength and Flexibility Flow ~ 4:45 p.m.
This new class, Strength and Flexibility Flow, will be a 60 minute Flow class focusing more on building strength. We will flow through a Vinyasa style practice, but will be utilizing light weights and medicine balls for some of the sequences. In doing so, we will build strength , enhance our balance, and create even more flexibility in our major muscles!
Yin/Restorative ~ 6 :15 p.m.
Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues in the body, our connective tissue, rather than the muscles. This practice consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. In this class, we use a number of props to support and enhance the experience.
Tuesday
Meditative Flow ~ 8-9 a.m.
This class is an all-levels practice designed to offer relaxation and stress reduction techniques. We will begin with a gentle flow to warm up the body, then drop into some deep stretches to prepare the hips and back for the final portion of the practice - meditation and pranayama(breathwork). Faced with uncertainty and stress, everyone can benefit from having a few tools to help reduce the impact and learn how to relax. We hope you will join us for this new class!

Beyond Basics~ Finding the Flow ~ 6 - 7:30 p.m.
If you have been practicing in the Basic class for awhile, and are interested in learning new postures, improving your form and endurance while flowing through vinyasas(Vinyasa means a gradual progression or a step-by-step approach that systematically and appropriately takes a student from one point and safely lands them at the next point. It is sometimes described as the "breathing system," or the union of breath and movement that make up the steps), and trying your hand at arm balances and inversions, we invite you to join us for this practice!
In this 90 minute class, students are guided through a series of postures that build toward a peak pose. Options are always available, allowing students the opportunity to work toward the pose in a way that supports them where they are in that moment.

The prices below are for in studio, mat based classes only. The trapeze yoga classes are priced differently and the class fees can be found on the trapeze yoga page of this site.
**We prefer cash, check or Venmo (@Melissa-Duchatschek) payments. You are welcome to use a credit or debit card on class packages, but we will add a 5% service charge to your purchase to cover processing fees. Thank you for your understanding!

One Month Unlimited: $130
Lunch Yoga: $10/class or $55 for one month unlimited
Private Practice: $75.00/hour (Credit card required to book your appointment. 24 hour notice needed if private sessions need to be rescheduled or cancelled. You will be charged for the class if changed with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not come in. If you prefer to pay for your session with cash or check, you can, but a card number will be required to hold your time.)
Group Private Practice: Small Group Privates are now available at the studio! Are you and your friends, family, co-workers or employees stressed out? Refresh yourself and the people in your life with a custom designed yoga class held at our beautiful and very peaceful studio! Or, schedule your next event, birthday party, bachelorette party, etc., as a small group private!

2-3 people: $150
4-5 people: $210
