Gentle Yoga Session: Begin with a calming yoga practice that includes slow flow, yin, and restorative yoga. This session is designed to help you relax, release tension, and restore balance.
Refreshing Break: Enjoy fruit-infused water and light snacks that nourish your body and refresh your mind, creating a pleasant atmosphere for self-care.
Guided Heart Centered Yoga Nidra with Reiki: Experience a calming yoga nidra meditation enhanced with reiki, providing a space to relax deeply.
Personal Reflection: Take time to write a love letter to yourself, allowing you to express gratitude for your journey and reaffirm your worth. This reflective practice is an essential part of self-care.
Sharing Circle with Cacao: Gather in a supportive circle to connect, share insights, and honor each other’s experiences. Enjoy a ceremonial cup of cacao to open the heart, enhance presence, and create a warm, inviting space for connection.
Sound Healing Experience: Enjoy a soothing sound healing session, allowing the calming vibrations to wash over you and promote relaxation.
