FREE FAMILY YOGA CLASS! To showcase our wonderful family yoga class, Amanda is offering a FREE class on Sunday, April 7th from 11-11:45 a.m.!
Yoga classes for the whole family offer the opportunity for children and parents to relax, strengthen, have fun, and get fit together! Parents who are new to yoga have the powerful opportunity to model learning and play. Committing to five minutes of yoga with your family each day will help you feel better in your body and teach your child to prioritize fitness. The positive results of yoga can be exponential when families practice together!
Free Community Class Due to the Easter holiday, there will be no community class in April. Look for the class to return on May 19th 1:30 - 2:30 p.m.!
Yoga for Runners Saturday, April 27 1-3 p.m. If you are a runner, you are probably all too familiar with tight hamstrings and hips, stiff neck and shoulders, and sore feet and knees! If you are interested in learning how yoga can not only help alleviate these aches and pains, but also help you become more efficient and better at the sport you love, this workshop is for you! We will be incorporating essential oils into this practice as well. If you have any sensitivities, please let me know!
