We are excited to welcome Chaye back to Present Moment for another sound healing event! Sound Healing is a way to release negative or stuck energy. When our body is free from the pressure of stress, our mind feels more free to grow. To Chaye, sound immersion removes the weight of the world around us, and allows us to walk as light as a feather! The sound frequencies realign the chakras in our body to balance the body/mind/soul.

Stacy Broussard, of Yoga Mama Online, has been teaching yoga for 18 years and has spent the majority of those years offering prenatal and postnatal yoga classes. Through leading yoga teacher training programs and teaching private yoga lessons Stacy has developed a deep understanding of the human body and is skilled at guiding beginner and advanced practitioners in deepening their connection to and understanding of their bodies. Stacy’s classes are centered around breath and the balance of effort and ease in both mind and body. For the last 4 years Stacy has been helping families transition into parenthood as a birth doula. This practice has further deepened her understanding of the human form and how critical movement and balance are for us all.
