Yoga in the Park! Saturday, August 14th 7-8 a.m. Join me at the Riverfront Park at 7 a.m. for an all levels outdoor practice! Bring your mat, props, a blanket and love of the outdoors and join me across the street from the studio!
Join us for this new Thursday evening event! We will meet at the studio for a one hour, all levels practice. Then, we will walk down the street to the gallery room at Oak and Front Wine Bar and Tasting Room(120 W. Front St.) where we will sample a few wines and choose a glass from the tasting wines offered. Please bring a yoga mat and any props that you may need. The kitchen will be open and you are welcome to order on your own if you would like. Space is limited to 15. Please join Amy for a fun, interactive 90-minute workshop. Learn simple adaptations to poses that will allow your body to move with greater ease. This is a gentle slow flow class. Be ready to laugh and learn what feels good in your body! Amy has lived most of her life in a larger body. She began to practice yoga 6 years ago to assist with anxiety and chronic pain. She found that her body didn’t move like her flexible teachers. She spent hours working with her body and how to flow in a larger body. Amy decided to become a yoga teacher to help others find their own yoga flow. She is a graduate of Yoga Buzz and Curvy Yoga 200 hour teacher trainings. TO REGISTER:
