Sara has been helping people manage stress levels, decrease pain, and live a more harmonious life through her past 24 years of training and providing services in massage therapy, Thai therapy, pregnancy massage, Ayurveda, mindfulness and intuitive development. Sara emphasizes that we are all born knowing how to heal and supports each of her clients to tap into their own healing power by learning how to listen to their body and understand more fully the emotional component associated with pain, disease, and high-stress levels.

A Restorative Yoga and Intuitive Massage Experience

You're invited to be led in an experience that will include both a restorative yoga practice and intuitive massage. As you rest in different postures, you will also receive bodywork. Restorative yoga and intuitive massage are an ideal combination to help you relax your body, quiet your mind and deepen your connection with your soul.
Restorative yoga helps to release tension from the body by calming the nervous system and sending the body into a deep state of relaxation. Restorative yoga uses props to support the body in positions of comfort and ease to facilitate health and wellbeing.
Intuitive massage incorporates massage, acupressure points, and energy transmission. The practitioner will hear where your body is asking for attention and will respond accordingly. For the practitioner, it feels like they are dancing with your energy field, allowing it to lead where it wants to go.
$50 for 1.5 hour experience. Space is limited to 12 participants.
