"I have had back issues for many years and having been doing yoga with Melissa for several years, I think about 12 years. I feel like her classes have always helped my back from getting worse. When she said she was going to add trapeze yoga I was very excited. I watched it on you tube and thought perhaps this would also be good for my back. I checked with my doctor and she felt the inversion poses would be excellent in that it would allow gravity to stretch the spinal column. Well, I have taken some private classes with Melissa and can’t hardly believe how good my back feels after being stretched out naturally.
